oh-my-pi
Terminal coding agent (fork of Pi) with LSP and DAP debugger integration, subagents, Python/Bun execution, and in-process native tools. Supports 60+ providers.
oh-my-pi (command: omp) is a terminal coding agent with a TUI, built by Stencil Labs as a fork of Mario Zechner's Pi. It connects to 60+ model providers and ships 31 built-in tools, with a Rust core of roughly 80k lines. It runs on macOS, Linux and Windows from the same binary, without a WSL bridge, and generates shell completions for bash, zsh and fish with omp completions.
The agent is wired into IDE-style tooling. Edits and renames go through language servers (for example, workspace/willRenameFiles updates re-exports and aliased imports before a file moves), with 14 LSP operations exposed. It can also drive real debuggers through DAP (28 operations), such as lldb, dlv and debugpy, to attach, step and inspect frames. Code execution uses persistent Python and Bun workers that can call back into the agent's own tools such as read, search and task. Tools like ripgrep, glob, find and a bash implementation (brush) run in-process, along with 58 ported utilities including ls, sed, sort, xargs and jq, so there is no fork/exec.
Other documented features include time-traveling stream rules, where a regex match aborts the stream, injects a rule as a system reminder and retries. Subagents via task run in isolated worktrees and return schema-validated results, and Alt+A opens an Agent Hub to monitor or steer them. An 'advisor' role pairs a second reviewer model that comments on each turn. /collab shares a live session through a relay with a link or QR code, and teammates join with omp join or a browser. web_search chains 23 providers and feeds URLs, including arXiv PDFs, to read as structured markdown.
It targets developers who want a configurable agent that works across many models and uses language-server and debugger data. It can be installed via script, Homebrew, Bun, Nix (including Home Manager modules) or mise.
